This Saturday we travel to Blarney for the first round of this years county junior b football championship where we will do battle with Killmeen from the west cork region.

This is possibly the toughest opening round draw that we could have got and Killmeen who lost last years final will be clear favorites for this game, over the last few weeks we have played three games in the league in preparation for this but unfortunately results against Fermoy, Ballyclough and Charleville have not gone our way and we have suffered some heavy defeats in all three games, we have some players unavailable for Saturday night but hopefully others that have been nursing injuries over the last few weeks will be available and we can put in a good performance and do the club proud in this years county championship.
