The Cavanaghs of Fermoy football leagues start this Sunday and our first outing is against last year’s league champions in division 1 when we travel to Killavullen. This will be a tough opening match as Killavullen would be one of the favourites along with Ballyclough and Killshannig to lift this year’s North Cork championship, hopefully we will have a full squad available for selection and these matches will get us in good shape for the North Cork and County Championship. Sunday’s match kicks off at 11.30 am in Killavullen and all players are asked to be there at 11am latest.
